Word Form: Six hundred thirteen thousand, three hundred fifty-two.
Expanded Form: 600,000+10,000+3,000+300+50+2
The commas go after each period, which is 3 numbers at a time. The ones period is first, then the thousands period, millions period, then the billions period.
